Segway-Ninebot launches Smart Electric Scooter E100 in Nepal at Rs. 2,91,000

Even though Segway made its way into robotic technology since 1999, its strides in technological advancement over the years has placed itself among the best in bomb disposal robot, personal robot and delivery robot, among others, especially after Segway and Ninebot Inc. completed a strategic combination.Segway E100: Battery and PerformanceThe Segway E100 is powered by an 1800Watt motor produces a maximum power of 2400W and 150NM of maximum torque. This propels the E100 to speeds of upto 58kmph. The 72V20Ah (1400Wh) Lithium battery takes about 7 hours to charge from 4% to 100% and provides a range of 60-100kms. Under the dual battery mode, you get a claimed mileage of 200kms.Stopping duties are undertaken by a combination of front 220mm + rear 180mm perforated disc brakes which provide exceptional braking performance and ensure driving safety. The Ninebot eScooter E100 also has an independently developed shock absorption system that precisely calculates and adjusts stiffness and damping to respond to the situation of the road surface, minimizing light vibrations.Segway E100: Features Segway E100 is a nifty little things and comes with loads of safety features. For instance, until and unless the rider doesn’t sit on the scooter, it will not start. Similarly, it will not start until the scooter stand is not pulled back.The Ninebot eScooter E100 comes with an intelligent matrix LED headlamp with six lenses that uses Intelligent Sensor technology to automatically adjust the brightness in response to changes in the environment.This e-scooter also has convenient features like mobile charger slot, three driving modes, Lithium-ion water resistant battery – IPX5 (Battery-IPX7) and provides better torque.This electric scooter features Keyless system. Apart from the key, the remote control has two buttons – one fulfills the purpose of putting the vehicle on ON/OFF mode while the other key helps to lock the scooter.You get plenty of storage space under the seat, 22L of it in fact. This is claimed to be enough to hold a full size helmet or items of similar size like a backpack for a 13-inch laptop. There's enough room for items like books, a MI backpack, and a camera lens case, or other belonging of the rider.There are four buttons on the right of the left handlebar used for dimmer, turn light, horn, and continuous speed endurance.
